Gen 1: Baby Aubrey

Quickly after moving in with Dina and Mickey, they were wrapped around baby Aubrey's fingers. Even Pluto stayed with Aubrey as much as he could. Aubrey was living for with them for a month in Sim time and no one visited her. It wasn't until she aged up that Nina came to visit and even then Katrina and J never came to do anything with her. So when Aubrey aged into a toddler Mickey suggested that they adopt Aubrey to make it a permanent situation. They even decorated Aubrey's bedroom for her.

On the day that they aged her up, Mickey and Dina adopted Aubrey and decided to leave her name as Aubrey because not only was it something that her mother gave her but it fitted her. Nina comes over sometimes to visit Aubrey but she is losing her relationships with Katrina and J. J Huntington is her birth father. I thought she could fit in as Ursula but I've decided that she can just be a bonus child instead of being one of the legacy children. She turned out looking a lot like J as of right now too.

Since our little family turned into 3 Mickey and Dina had to figure out how to fit a baby into their lives. It wasn't all that hard to do since Mickey works out of the home already. Pluto loves hanging out with Dina but I think he loves being with Aubrey even more. Sometimes when I can't find Pluto he's usually hanging out with Aubrey. She's about to age up into a child and as she's getting older Nina and Katrina have started coming around more and more. Right now they have keys to the house so they are able to come over and hang out with Aubrey whenever they want too. Maybe when she turns into a child she will start spending nights over there with Nina and Katrina, as long as they continue building their relationships with her and Dina trusts them to take care of her.

Aubrey has EVERYONE wrapped around her fingers.

Even Nina is starting to come around more. Dina was able to give Nina and Katrina resident keys so that they should come over more. Their family bonds are starting to mend more and more now to the point that they really show up a little bit more now.

I don't have any images of Aubrey and Katrina because they really don't interact with each other. She will get whims wanting to interact with Katrina but I never see them together unless I force it. When it comes to Nina and Katrina I don't force Aubrey to interact with them. I want their relationships to be as true as possible so if their relationships are based on their own interactions with one another. 

Since their relationships are all on the mend Mickey couldn't stop thinking about proposing to Dina. He loves their relationship and the family they created. He just wanted to solidify their relationship by proposing to her. One of the perks of their house being close to the beach he was able to walk her down to the beach while Aubrey was in bed and propose to her! I love the pictures I got from this time that I just had to create a collage of all of their facial expressions!

Soon after they got engaged it was Spooky Day. Dina invited Katrina and Nina over to spend time with Aubrey. However, Aubrey spent the whole evening dancing with Mickey! They are so cute the relationship that they have together.

I really wish that there were more costumes available, especially for male sims, and if you think male costumes are tough the baby costumes are way worse. There are only two costumes for toddlers and one of them looks like her pajamas, which the monster one was the best of the two options. Even though Nina and Katrina didn't get the chance to really spend time with Aubrey it was still a really good evening in the Disney household.
