Heads UP :)

I'm going to try to make you all more interactive with my game instead of just watching all the time. So whenever I can I'm going to. This time I think is going to be pretty fun. I'm either going to today or have already posted a poll on my Instagram for you all to be able to help me figure out who should be Adam's 'Belle!' I'm going to be aging him up in the next couple of posts so I wanted to let you all have the opportunity to vote for who you think will be the best Belle for our story. As always my game is loosely based on Disney's stories. Sometimes I draw inspiration from the books that they're based on, the original animation movies/TV shows, or even their newer movies. So the list below may surprise you a lot! If you've seen Mr. Adam's dating palooza he went on not too long ago, you can see it here, then you know he's very open-minded when it comes to love, and to be honest, my two favorites are Karson and Karla. I just want Adam to not know Belle until after he's already a Beast and has her/him captured. So here is a list of my townies that I added to the game I created 1 and the rest I got off of the gallery. I kind of already introduced them a little bit because originally I wanted them to add to the teens at Adam's parties but I feel like we ended up being pretty okay with how our parties have gone so far. 

I'm going to list their traits but to make things even fairer we can change their traits to make them more Belle inspired if we pick them, I also have more custom traits now that I feel like would be more Belle inspired. That'll be another bridge we will cross later. Right now I'm more concerned with who we want to be Adam's, future love! Another thing I went way, way too in-depth with their backstories. I either created them all myself or drew inspiration from their creators. I also made sure they had at least 2 everyday outfits and I'll tell you more in-depth on what I've changed to the sim as we go through the list. 

I'm going to be posting the voting links in a few different places. The first and most easy (I hope) will be on Instagram I'll have it posted in my story as well as ads to go vote on my Instagram. Right there will be two different ways to vote. Then I'll also post them over in the Facebook groups that I'm in and I'll keep a master count list over on Excel.

I'll even tell you who I hope it is/was after we have a winner because I love all of these sims just the same and I don't want my favorite to win because it's my favorite. One last thing I will add a father figure to whichever sim that wins because I am planning on recreating he/her saving the father from the Beast and taking his place. 

Arya Huntley

Arya is the sim that I created, and I just love her. Her facial features and hair remind me of a lot of Ellie from Degrassi: Next Generation. As soon as she started looking like Ellie I really fell in love with her just couldn't scrap her to just download stuff off of the gallery. Arya currently has the Calm and Extrovert traits, both are custom traits that I got from the amazing Snowiii95! I have basically all of their traits so far. You'll probably see more of them creep up throughout the sims on this list. Her aspiration right now is Leader of the Pack. My original idea for this group for them all to be completely different living in a group home so I tried to make them all different Arya be the one that can just get along with all of them. She just looks like someone that would be so sweet and easy to get along with! Here are her outfits! I tried to showcase all of them and I also tried to go out of my comfort zone a little bit however she would be the one that I stayed within my favorite outfit rotation the most. 

Calvin Chavez

Calvin is one of the sims that I got off of the gallery. He was created by the amazing SimmieSweetness who created 3 of the sims on this list! I'm not the best builder or sim creator but I love story play and dressing them up so I really didn't change much on Calvin. I think the only thing I did for him added an outfit in his everyday queue since he only had 1 everyday outfit. I believe that the guys each only have 2 everyday outfits while the girls have 3-5 outfits. Calvin's traits are Clumsy and Geek so based on those I felt like he would be our hot guy who doesn't know that their hot and is totally a smart nerd who is so precious! I felt like the girls in the house would've had crushes on him but he would just think they're being nice. Kind of a role reverse since normally it's always a girl in the story who just doesn't know that she's beautiful. He currently has the Renaissance Sim aspiration because he wants to do a little bit of everything! Here are his outfits! I tried to keep with his nerdy outfits but still stylish a little bit. I really loved having the freedom to dress these sims up because I got to just have fun with it.

Jackie Davies

Jackie was another one that was created by the amazing SimmieSweetness! She just looks like the classic girl next door, barbie girl! I really loved how she looked and all of these creators created them without CC! I feel like she's our sporty girl of the bunch. I just feel like that's what she would do. But the game currently has her traits as Creative and Art Lover, along with the Painter Extraordinaire aspiration. I mean she feels like she would be the girl next door persona of the bunch. I just really love her and thought she would help round out the bunch. I did give her a couple CC outfits here and there but for the most parts, I left her outfits alone. I added eyelashes to all of these sims and then they automatically got CC eyes since my game has them as default. 

Toby Rose

Toby's our bad boy of the bunch. He was created by SimmersWorld-YT and I just thought he looked so interesting and that he would be good for this group. My goal was to get this bunch as rounded out as possible. I'm pretty sure Toby is probably the one I did the least amount of changes to. I think the only thing I did to him has added another outfit to his Everyday rotation since he only came with 1. His current traits are Romantic and Outgoing with the Party Animal aspiration. Out of all of the sims in this family, I think Toby has the most similar traits to Karson and I really liked how much Adam wanted to spend time with Karson and Karla. Like those 2 relationships truly created themselves because Adam just built them up on his own. I'm really curious how these two would bounce off of one another. Then again I feel like he could potentially be a really good Nick Wilde when Judith ages up but that's literally FOREVER away since she's only a toddler at the moment. Here are his other outfits.

Hillary Hanna

Hillary is our snobby girl, and she was created by the very talented SimmieSweetness. I told you I got a lot of her/his sims! Which I didn't even mean to do I didn't even notice they were all from the same creator until I went back to get the creator's names for my previous intro blog post to them.  In my head, I see her as this little rich girl who's always got everything that she wanted growing up and isn't used to hearing no. I really loved this spoiled girl attitude she came with. AND it made her the perfect sim to model some outfits that I just downloaded from Sentate! Sentate is another creator that makes some really cool CC over on Patreon that I just feel like is really different than what we have in the game, definitely more fierce! You'll see the outfits that she came with and the ones that I added to her because the difference is really stark but at the same time, I feel like they all go so well together on Miss Hillary. Anyways she has the Creative and Snob traits, and to be honest I feel like I should change one of those to Spoiled! I've become really obsessed with these custom traits. I just feel like it gave my game a new fresh breath of air and it has been really fun to play again. Anyways her aspiration right now is Bestselling Author. I don't think I changed any of her traits or aspiration I'm pretty sure it's all the same thing that she came with. So here are the outfits that I keep talking about for her. 

Bastien Lombo

I think Bastien is one of the most interesting sims that I've seen so far in my game. I think he just looks so pretty and different from my other teens. He has gray hair and almost gray eyes! He was created by Vale1968. He's also a pretty muscular guy which you'll see below. But in my head, I kept thinking that he would've been one of the hides in the dark, loner types. Which in my mind when I was adding him to the group he was going to be our loner. He even ended up being the only one in the house to have basically his own apartment in the house. His current traits are Loner and Recycle Disciple and then since we are a house of teens I felt like we needed some hidden talents so his aspiration is Master Chef! I just felt like he would be the chef of the house and that would be how he makes friends is by cooking their dinners since he is out loner boy. I should change the recycle one to shy but I liked that he's kind of building the bridge between everyone else and Bianca who you'll meet last. Again I think the only thing that I changed for this sim was that I added an everyday outfit but that's it, other than the eyelashes and CC eyes. Here are Mr. Bastien's outfits. Oh yeah, I also updated his formal wear to match more of his aesthetic. 

Shawna Peterson

Shawna's another one of those sims that  I downloaded just because of how amazing she looked in the creator's pictures! I just think she looks stunning and I've been dying to use some CC that I that think would look amazing on her and take her hair to a whole other level! She's created by the amazingly talented TheSims18900, who has a lot of other sims. I kept her original outfits and traits but I added more outfits and updated some of her hairstyles. Shawna has the Influencer and Art Lover traits along with the Musical Genius aspiration. I think I changed her traits because I remember downloading her thinking she was going to be our mean girl but the more I played with the outfits I just couldn't make her mean! I mean she looks amazing not like a mean person so I gave her those traits. Looking back I don't think Art Lover really goes with her but I think I did it so that she and Jackie would have something in common. I tried really hard to make the little clicks make sense inside this house. Here are her outfits. I did give her some CC skin details and outfits. One thing that you might notice towards the end of her outfits is the fact that her hair changes a little bit because she ends up having a hairline. One of her braid hairstyles I loved so much but I wanted the picture that the hair has in CAS and she has a few flyaways in the picture unfortunately I don't have the same hair things that they had to make that look so I used the hairline that I had and it looks better but it isn't perfect. It also goes well with the rest of her hairstyles so I left it on her because I really like it more overall even though it's not perfect. 

Bianca Sommer

I intentionally left this beauty for last. I think Bianca physically looks the most like Belle out of all of these amazing sims and I love her! She's probably tied for my favorite of this household at the moment. I just think she looks so interesting and makes you really want to look at her and play the game with her! So I got her added to my game and saw that she is a good clean sim with an edgy side and I loved it even more! I felt like she was going to be our rebellious baddie who has a heart of gold but she's been through some things that made her have to be tough on the outside! I just loved her so much! She currently has the Green Fiend and Maker traits along with the Master Maker aspiration. I feel like that helps her be even more wholesome because all she wants to do is save the world one dumpster at a time! She's another sim that I had so much fun dressing up and playing with the new CC that I got for skin details. One more really cool thing I did for her is made her eye colors different from one another. I really think if it was purely up to my picks she would be a high contender, and definitely tied with my other favorite from this list. 

If you've missed my previous post where I originally introduced all of these kids here it is. But keep in mind my original intention was for them to add more teens to the party scene for Adam versus one of them becoming the new Belle. I will post a little story in the next hour or so of playing in the house so that you can experience them a little more and also to have more pictures to post of them over on my Instagram throughout the week of voting fun. Let's see how this goes out. :)

Group Home?

I thought it would be nice to move some new teens to the neighborhood so that we could have more options for both Belle and Agent Carter. Plus we needed some fresh faces at Adam's parties so it was a win/win. I moved them into Newport since I really don't have anything there other then some hang out spots. I finally found a dormitory that I think would be perfect. Technically it is supposed to be for college kids so I'm thinking that these are older teens starting college or maybe they ran away. I just don't think runaway teens could afford this place so it's a group home of sorts. 

The house itself has a little bit of everything. It has a party in the basement, the main floor is like the living area and kitchen. There's like a little apartment on the main floor and one of the teens that I moved into the house is a loner so it worked out perfectly I think. Like I said I don't think runaway teens would be able to live in this house on their own but I'm not really sure of a story that would fit for them. Maybe by the time I get a story for them, I will have a backstory to explain how they all live here. The bedrooms are on the second floor (technically third since the 'basement' is on the first floor) and then on the top floor has the gym and homework area. I really love how it all turned out. Can I just say that the house's picture is absolutely gorgeous! You can click on the picture above and it will take you to the gallery, the creator's ID is JalenJello. These creators are amazing and they seem to do a little bit of everything!

As for our residents, I didn't want to have just females in the house so we have a little bit of everything but physically we have 3 males and 5 females. I wanted them to be diverse and for the most part, they are just going to do whatever they want in the house. We are only really going to see them at parties unless Steve or Adam becomes friends and spend more time together outside of that. So we'll just have to wait and see. But until then let's introduce you to the whole crew. They are all teens by the way and three of them are actually created by the same person so let's start with those three first.

Jackie - SimmieSweetness

The first one I actually found to add was Jackie, she's absolutely gorgeous and the only thing I changed for her in my game was added eyelashes to her and updated her shorts for her sleepwear. Some of the teens I downloaded needed to have cold and hot weather outfits fixed which a lot of the older sims or simmers who don't have seasons their sims won't have outfits picked out for those so I added them I don't think I had to do that with Jackie but there were a few I had too. My game has custom content eyes so her eyes are blue and look the same but aren't exactly the same in my game because of that but I didn't change her eyes at all. She was created by SimmieSweetness. She has the creative and art lover traits along with painter extraordinaire as her aspiration. She is currently sharing a room with Shawna who you'll meet later however the bedroom arrangements aren't permanent at the moment since I just moved them in and I don't know how really gets along with who just yet and the girls are so tricky so I have no clue who will end up rooming with who just yet.

Calvin - SimmieSweetness

I couldn't pass this dude up! His name is Calvin and I really didn't change any of their names. He's freaking cute and I needed him in my game ASAP! Again I don't think I changed anything on him. I just had to add him to the house and I didn't even realize he was made by the same person until I came to creating this post and they are all made by the same person which was really cool. So he was created by SimmieSweetness. The traits he came with were clumsy and geek which really just made me love him more I mean he's a hot nerd! He has the Renaissance Sim for his aspiration as well. 

Hillary - SimmieSweetness

Hillary is the final sim that I downloaded from SimmieSweetness. I think she is going to be our mean girl because she has the snob and creative traits. Since she only has the snob trait I might go back in and give her the mean trait or evil later on but for right now I'm going to see how she goes with this. I did change her cold weather wear because I've been dying to have a sim wear this outfit I downloaded from Sentate but I haven't had a sim that had the attitude and I think snob works perfectly. It just gives off snobby vibes. For her aspiration, she has bestselling author. Just like all of my sims on this list, the main thing I changed was adding eyelashes to her and the eyes just automatically change since I downloaded the eye cc to my game. Hilary is the other sim we have that is currently not sharing a room with anyone however she is living in a room with two beds so there's potential to move in someone who could rent the other bed or maybe the other girls will switch rooms around but until then she is bunking solo. 

Bastien - Vale1968

Bastien is our loner teen who also has the recycle disciple trait. When I added him to my game his eyes were freaking HUGE! So I made them a little smaller and gave him long hair. He also has the Master Chef aspiration which I think will be really cute. Maybe he will have the closest relationships with his housemates and in return, he cooks for them. Anyways he was created by Vale1968. Right now he is the only sim that I think I have in the perfect room. Bastien is the sim that is living in a small apartment like room that is right on the main floor. He has his own space with his own bathroom, kitchen, living room, and bedroom. I think this is just where he would prefer to stay so that he can be alone since he is a loner. 

Shawna - TheSims18900

Shawna was created by TheSims18900 and originally had the mean and art lover traits but I really wanted to start this house off on the right foot so I got rid of the mean trait and gave her the influencer trait since she has the musical genius aspiration I figured these two would work well together and she could create music to help the house make money. Like everyone else in the house she is a teen so they all do still have to go to school. She is currently sharing a room with Jackie who we met earlier in the post.

Bianca - Lasanie4

Bianca is BEAUTIFUL she is another sim that is living in the house that is really creative and a huge green sim. Her traits are maker and green fiend along with the master maker aspiration. She was created by lasanie4. As for her, the only thing that I did to her when I added her to the household was that I changed some of her hairstyles. She had the same hairstyle for all of her outfits and I just loved her so much that I swapped it up. I've been dying to play with some of my heterochromia mods in my game so I gave her that condition as well. She is currently sharing a room with Arya who we will meet last since I actually made her for the household.

Toby - SimmersWorld-YT

Toby is the last sim that we got off of the gallery. He was created by SimmersWorld-YT. One of my favorite things about getting sims off of the gallery is that I find so many amazing creators and I love adding their work to my game! It really helps make the game more interesting. He came with the romantic and outgoing traits along with the party animal aspiration. He shares a room with Calvin and to be honest their room is pretty locked in because I don't think I'm going to move them at all.  

Arya - Created by My Game :)

When I went into the game to create this household the game automatically loaded up this sim. She is freaking gorgeous and to be honest really reminds me a lot of Ellie from Degrassi: Next Generation and I'm complete trash for that show so I had to keep her. Arya has the calm and extrovert traits both of them are custom content that I downloaded from this amazing creator named Snowiii95 on Patreon. She is who makes all of the traits that I have in my game that is custom content and I just really love the work she does I pretty much just automatically download everything she comes out with now.  As for aspirations she currently has the leader of the pack but I don't know if she is going to keep that one. She is also sharing a room with Bianca. I tried to match the girls up with who their personalities best fit with but that isn't perfect so like I said they might change a bunch over time.  Pretty much everything she is wearing is custom content and you can find it all here on my Pinterest Board.

I would love to share them on the gallery but since I only created one sim I don't know how to do that without sharing all of their work so we'll just have to love them from afar unless she moves out or gets married or lives with one of our sims. I need to do a little upload of all of our sims families that we have going right now since it has been a while since I've done that. 

P.S. there is a bonus story coming out later today, in about a half-hour, to explain why I had to add these new teens to my game. It wasn't just for the new faces or the fact that we would have new people to potentially be our Belle and Carter. 

The Disney's MOVED HOUSES!

I planned on the Disney family to live in the same house, and eventually one of the kids will take it over and so on.  But I'm in this Facebook group called The Sims Addicts Anonymous and they just launched a new build challenge. I normally only watch and see what everyone else builds because this girl sucks at building roofs which just ruins my building for me. But I did it! I had to, the house just screamed old-time Disney to me. Since in my head, I think that Mickey and Minnie would live very old fashion I tried my skills at building this house. Here's the house:

I mean does that not look like a Mickey and Minnie house?!?! Granted I know in the cartoons Mickey lives in a house that is very Mickey-shaped. I just look at this and see old-timey like how I picture the Disney house. Then the house they were living in was a starter home in Brindleton Bay that we just kept remodeling it to match the family's needs, I'll upload the final house to the gallery. Now the new house is in Willow Creek which I think is even more fitting since it is the original Sims 4 world. I just didn't have a house in Willow Creek that I wanted for Mickey, but I love how their house is set up now. Most of the rooms in the house I did myself, but I used some of the premade Sim rooms for the colors, such as the bathroom. All of the bedrooms I threw down the basics and I like letting them evolve with their personalities over time. So let's start the new, permanent, Disney house tour!

The outside looked a lot better in the spring or build mode because of the flowers. This is the first time I actually didn't hate a roof on a build and this is the first time that I really tried to somewhat do the landscaping. It looked really good and I didn't realize that the season changed to fall by the time the Disney family moved in. Like I mentioned earlier I really didn't mean for them to ever move houses, just the kids move out but this house looks like it would be a Mickey Mouse house because of the old fashion feel.

So let's start the inside of the house from the bottom up. There is actually a basement and in there we have Maleficent's teen bedroom that I plan on moving her into as soon as she ages up into a teen. There's a little spoiler here since I have her spellcasting stuff. She has her own bathroom. Then beside her room is Dina's gym and the family's photography stuff is in the hallway. There is another bathroom and the laundry is underneath the stairs. There is still a lot of space that we can do something with, I'm just not sure what yet.

The main floor I had a lot of issues with because I knew I wanted an open floor plan but this floor is so huge that nothing seemed quite right. I'm still not in love with how it looks right now but it really functional. I kind of want to add some half walls to help break the living from the rest of the space, at least behind the couches maybe. Then both Dina and Mickey's offices are on this floor too. Dina's office is a little more walled off and elaborate than Mickey's office is. But Dina has more stuff that she needs since she is both a freelance artist and produces videos all the time. Mickey tends to be more of a minimalist but he also paints a lot, plus Mickey has stellar views from his deal that Dina doesn't. Anyways here it is.

As you can see the staircase both going upstairs and down to the basement are right beside one another. This is one of those times that we could do spiral stairs since in my head I think they would take up less room, however, I tried to make it work this way and I really love it. Up on the second floor, there is nothing but bathrooms and bedrooms. I'll label which room is whose in the picture's captions below, and I'll have them in order as to what comes first as down the hallway. I don't really love the hallway that much because it feels too narrow, but it's fine for what it is.

The things that I don't have pictured is the side yard and the backyard. Both of these are completed however I didn't do them. I got them all off the gallery. All together I got a pool, a children's play area, a cookout area, and a hot tub idea off of the gallery. I suck at building these things and I needed them for the storylines I had planned out. Overall I think I could do more to pull them all together to make it more cohesive but for now, it's fine. Another thing that I don't have pictured is what the house really looks like today. My game is a little ahead of all of this and looking back at these pictures I see that they aren't very cluttered. I like to add some clutter into the houses but most of it comes from the Sims that live in the house. I like taking pictures, adding their collectibles, the school projects, and so on to help fill the house. You can see in the staircase picture that there are pictures hanging and they came from Mickey and Dina. I just think it helps characterizes the house more. This house we don't have as many pictures hanging up yet because we have a digital frame right now so I could make sure they all came to the new house. But we are working on getting more pictures made. We just had a whole lot of fun things going on and been super busy which you will see very soon. I'm working on getting more stories up and less playing.
