Little Lothario Adam!

As we all know Adam is inspired by the Beast and in all of the Beauty and the Beast stories Adam starts off as this irresistible person who everyone either loves because of his looks, money, or social standings or hates because he is a very arrogant person. Especially in the book Beastly by Alex Flinn, which used to be my all-time favorite books for a really long time. Anyways he is very spoiled and arrogant and is definitely used to getting everything he wants. We haven't seen much of this with our Adam. To be honest, Sim Adam is one of the sims that I hate playing at the moment because he has no storyline. He doesn't have much to do at the moment other than being his own snobby, selfish self and the main way I've been doing that so far is completing all of his whims. As for a post or even pictures of this happening can be kind of boring since I'm really just doing his whims, which Sims 4 whims can be very generic and boring, or they can make an interesting story. But so far child Adam was just doing his own thing, and now that we have teen Adam we have a few more things that we can do. We can really see how he can play with everyone's emotions and get what he wants. We can also see him be irresistible for other sims now since he has romantic interactions. I've also been looking for potential Belle's which I showcased a couple over on the big birthday post a couple weeks ago. So up until this point in our sim's life, I haven't been able to really showcase him using only his whims. Another thing is that as a teen sim Adam was able to get another trait and I have a couple traits that I really want to give him but right now he has the snob trait! So that has been really interesting so far. So I want to showcase Adam a little bit, and soon we will have a little Wendy post too since she is another one that I feel like has been a little underappreciated at the moment. 

But something we need to talk about before we get into his story for today is his friends he has made. Adam is pretty much only friends with girls, and that is because they really find him irresistible and do whatever he wants whenever he wants it. He doesn't really see them as friends he really only sees them as people who will do whatever he wants and he loves that. A lot of the time he likes to just be alone and do his own thing. He's even losing his relationship with his family because he hasn't really been nice to them or even hung out with them in a really long time. I don't even see him and Steve hanging out like they used too which is so sad because they were inseparable when they were toddlers. I think once Steve started doing his own thing Adam didn't like that and just started cutting him out of his life when they were kids. Don't get me wrong they are still nice and they do get along, just have nothing in common. However, they did get caught sleeping in the same bed the other day which was so freaking cute! I'm not sure what led to this but I haven't seen them be this close in so long and I thought it was really interesting to see them together like this so even though it doesn't really play into any of the story I just had to share it!

Anyways he thinks that everyone else is really basic learning, and none really captures his attention. Even Leigh and Joy find him irresistible but he is just so/so with them. So if we do end up using one of them as our Belle I think I will change his attraction to them, or wait for a sim to come along that he is extremely attracted too. Another fun idea that popped into my head the other day is that these sisters also have another sister named, (third munch sister), and we all know in the movies that there are these three sisters, the Bimbettes, who are extremely attracted to Gaston! In the movies, I like to think of Gaston as how the Beast used to be and what led him to be turned into the Beast since we really don't get to see Adam before his Beast transformation. Also in Beastly Alex (the Beast's name) acted really much like that before the witch turned him into a beast. So I just think that maybe our sim sisters will resemble the Bimbettes instead! Which is hilarious since the game just threw these at us instead of us having to go into the game and download them from the gallery or create them in the game. To be honest I don't think I would've had the Bimbettes in the game right now because they were linked to Gaston, not Adam so there was no reason for them to be here. It wasn't until I realized that Leigh and Joy had another sister that was the same age that these two started linking together in my head. I think this could be an interesting twist for our Adam. Plus I know they are all really attracted to him and are always just showing up at the house to hang out with Adam already without me really doing anything for these scenes to happen.

Sorry for the little sidestep running off on who's who and a little bit of thinking out loud. I really love feedback and those are just some ideas that I'm playing with right now. Anyways so far in our story, we have seen Leigh in the story the most. Leigh met the boys when they were still kids and became really close friends with both of the boys but lately, she has been more linked to Adam. She does tend to follow him wherever he goes and is always there when he needs someone to talk too. Adam also loves going over to there house in Windenburg to spend time with the sisters. But can you blame him? When he is there they make sure he is happy, they cook for him, do his homework, and he just gets to relax! It's really unfair but it's just what they do. The sisters all fight for his attention so he is never alone when he is there and instead of at the Disney house he is the center of attention which he really adores. 

Yes that is Yuki Behr, Candy's sister, she married the their dad but is not their biological mom. She is just the youngest kid's mom.

The three sisters do have a baby sister and she just aged up into a kid. But I think she is more friends with the Huntington kids more than Wendy so we won't see her much except in the background.

Although I personally was rooting for Leigh Munch, Adam finds Joy more attractive and tends to be glued to her whenever he is over. This was before meeting Karla. 

At the beginning of this post, I started off thinking about who may be our Belle and how they play into Adam's story right now. I really want him to find his Belle when she shows up at his house to save her dad. However, there has been a girl that has shown up in my game lately who finds Adam extremely attractive and he actually feels the same way about her! They have started hanging out a lot more and spending every day together! This girl is Karla Vatore, and yes she is one of Caleb's children and she is even a vampire! I think this is why he's so attracted to her though. Karla is different from the girls that are usually falling for Adam and instead of doing whatever Adam wants too she makes him do stuff she likes to do such as play video games, go for jogs, and even do his homework himself! So far Karla has been a really good influence on our Adam! 

Like I mentioned for the sisters above I thought maybe she would be our Belle, but I really think it would be better for Adam to meet Belle for the first time save her father so obviously, Karla isn't going to be Belle even though I'm in love with her at the moment. She is actually going to be his first girlfriend! Earlier I mentioned the book Beastly by Alex Flinn and it's based on Beauty and the Beast, since most of the Disney movies we are focused on one main life stage for the characters, I'm going to look going to be pulling some inspiration from other sources to fill in these blanks that we have. In the book, the Beast starts off as his uber-popular boy in high school who is dating the female equivalent to him. He's in love with her and she is basically the only person he listens to and worships pretty much so I feel like Adam having a girlfriend like this would be important and something that would really happen so Sim Adam is getting a girlfriend! My main issue with Karla being a vampire is that I don't think she would run away from Adam when he gets turned into a beast. I think a vampire would love him regardless of how he looks but I don't know. That's future Shay problem to figure out.

Karla first started coming to the Disney house to hang out with Steve. Karla even though she is a vampire she is still a really good sim, and one of her traits is Green Fiend. Her other trait is bookworm, and she and Steve are friends because her aspiration is also bodybuilder so they met at the gym and they really get along. If we didn't already have Brittany we may have had Karla be with Steve but as soon as Adam walked into the room they instantly were attracted to each other and Adam couldn't stay away from her!

These two really hit it off once she let Adam get close to her. She loves to pick on him just like he likes to pick on her. Karla really doesn't just take anything from Adam, whatever he dishes she dishes it right back. I think this is one of the reasons they get along so well. Karla pretty much comes over every day after school now, and it all started with her coming home with Steve! I like how she kind of connects the twins because she still hangs out with Steve since they workout together. The Vatore family actually just moved to Willow Creek, they moved into the Goth's old house! So now Adam spends a lot of time at her house too. The two also hang out outside of their homes too. They really cannot get enough of each other, even though it took a long time for them to get together. They actually didn't become official girlfriend/boyfriend until they were hanging out at a bar in San Myshuno! Here's how that went.

As soon as they arrived at the bar Karla pretended to bite Adam just to scare him! 

This is definitely a couple that loves to play pranks and be mischief together. They definitely remind me of the couples you see on YouTube that have prank channels where all they do is prank one another! That's these two for sure! But since the club was starting to get crowded the two decided to step away and talk on a bench overlooking the city. It really got romantic so I think that is what pushed these two finally into relationship mode. Karla made the first move and I think it was fitting since these two had a long bantering friendship going where he was secretly crushing on her and it really messed up Adam's mind. Adam was so used to doing whatever he wanted and everyone just followed but this time around he actually had to work on building up this relationship and the foundation is mischief. 

Honestly, if Karla didn't make the first move I don't think Adam ever would have. He was actually really scared of these feelings he has for Karla. They are so unlike what he is used to and he doesn't know what they mean. Adam is definitely one of those people who if is he scared of something he will do everything to avoid it since he never feels insecure he never learned how to deal with it. Adam is definitely used to always being in control so these feelings that have for Karla really scares him. Normally he always knew whether or not other people loved him and their feelings towards him. But with her, he had no clue and would never risk it. It has definitely been a really interesting change for Adam that I've been seeing in him. This may also lead to his tipping point too. I just really have no clue how this is going to play out. I just really love these two together. Anyways Adam ended the date by giving her a rose and asking her to be his girlfriend! 

Even though their hangout turned date ended Adam was adamant about taking Karla home and when they arrived he passionately kissed her! Well these two being teens and the adult, Caleb, being out of the house, ended upstairs in her bedroom and one thing led to another they ended up in bed together! 

Like I mentioned a lot throughout this post I have no clue what is going to happen with these two. I don't know if Adam can even remain faithful to Karla. I just know that he really cares for her and maybe even loves her. Now that they are together I think the anxiety he was feeling my dissipate some, or get a little worse now. It is going to be interesting to see how this goes though.
