The Disney's Take a Vacation!

It seems like the Disneys have been living in perpetual winter for forever! So I thought it would be a great idea for them to go on vacation for a couple days! Since it is snowing camping isn't the best option so they went to El Salvadorada! When they first arrived it was dark but it was okay! They were able to have dinner and get settled into the rental house they got.

Unfortunately, as soon as they got to El Salvadorada Maleficent got sick and had to go to the doctor. I have the Slice of Life mod so sometimes my sims get sick and have to go to the doctor in order to get better, and this just happened to be Maleficent's time. But when she made it back from the doctor she felt better than ever!

The next day Dina, Steve, and Mickey got up first and enjoyed breakfast together. As soon as Steve was done eating he decided to go explore while they waited on the rest of the family to wake up. Being a scout Steve was able to find some rocks that help gems or capsules and was able to dig them free! He had so much fun finding things that he doesn't normally find back at their house. While walking back to the rental house Steve came across an excavation site and was able to find some fossils! 

Once the rest of the family woke up they all decided to go into town! They all decided to go fishing together and while they were fishing Aubrey and Adam decided to take some pictures together! It looks like the whole family really enjoyed this time together and was able to spend time together. The pictures that Aubrey and Adam took are now hanging up throughout the Disney house! I love it when they are able to snap pictures and use them as decoration in their house. I think it adds character to it and its fun to look back at past generations this way.

It's hard to believe that these two cuties are twins! But they look so adorable! You can tell their twins from their faces, just their hair and eye colors are different.

Adam and our newest addition Wendy! We don't see much of her but that's about to change she will be starting her adventure soon.

Aubrey started taking pictures too! Her and Maleficent used to be Partners in Crime but nowadays I think they have too many secrets between each other keeping them apart!

Mickey was Aubrey's first father figure and they have the strongest relationship! She was his first child and I just love this whole family!

After the family was done fishing Dina thought it would be fun for them to go explore the jungle! Since she had the machete and the highest fitness level, she cleared all of the vines while the rest of the family started collecting rare items that they have never seen before.

After the family made it to the temple it was time for them to go home. It was a short getaway for the Disneys but it is exactly what they needed. They have never been on vacation before and on top of that its been a really long time since the whole family was able to go out and do something together. I think they all were able to have fun and we were able to focus more on the younger kids instead of Maleficent and Aubrey So overall I think this was a very successful trip!

I promise Aubrey's move is coming up, I just wanted to get some family time in and it's turning out to be a lot longer of a story for her exit so I think it should be out by next week I hope!

Gen 1: Grown-Up Date Night

Since the kids have aged up Mickey and Dina have made a promise to go out on more dates to help keep their relationship alive and healthy. Ever since they had children their lives revolved around them, and being able to work from home has given them opportunities that they wouldn't have been able to have with their children. But their love has suffered a little bit, the last time we saw them take any time for themselves was when they first moved into the new Disney house so it been a hot minute. I've recently downloaded some new lots from the gallery so my sims would have some fun outside of their house so Mickey and Dina jumped at the chance to go on a nice little date.

The couple decided that it would be nice to go to the new restaurant in Sulani! It was the perfect place for them and it was a gorgeous date! When the first got to the restaurant they ran into Eliza Pancakes! She's always a fun character to run into and the Pancakes have a ton of kids right now in my game!

Anyways Mrs. Pancakes was working at the restaurant with Bob and she walked the Disneys back to their table. They requested to sit outside so they could experience all of the views of Sulani! Let me tell you one it was extremely hard to get them to sit together and two sit beside each other. We all had fun playing musical chairs for at least an hour. The couple enjoyed their dinner together, talking and taking in all of the views. 

Instead of going straight home after their dinner Mickey and Dina decided that they needed to spend a little bit longer together so they sat on the edge of the restaurant's deck to talk about their lives together, their kids, and some plans they have for their family. Aubrey has been asking to stay with J more and they are wondering if she is going to make this a more permanent stay since she has been helping watch over their babies. The couple has been having to decide if this is a smart move for Aubrey. Aubrey is getting to the age where she can make her own decisions and she will be aging up soon. I think the whole family would be sad if Aubrey moves out permanent but also happy that she is with her family. She is getting ready to go to college too so she would be moving out soon anyway. Overall I think they had a really good date and a great talk.

Bonus the two were able to go on a date and come without getting pregnant! I think the family will be getting to change soon. Not only will Aubrey move out but it's time for Pluto to age up, we've had him for forever but we promised that once Wendy ages up into a child Pluto will be aging up too! I don't know if we can handle losing this puppers anytime soon but we can all agree he has definitely outlived a lot of his friends. 

Wendy's Birthday!

I know we haven't seen much of this really cute toddler roaming around but what's new. Toddlers get really repetitious in Sims 4 and she's just been on her own most of the time to do her own thing while the older kids are at school and the parents are working. But it's time to really get to see this cutie patootie plus it also her birthday! Like I said when I first introduced this lil chickadee she didn't stay an infant for more than a day and even though she stayed a toddler longer than a day she didn't stay one as long as the twins did. I'm trying to really get the story progression to pick up its pace and be more spread out when it comes to the story but there are still going to be times where we get overloaded with one character, it's just how the story falls. Either the posts are going to be super long or going to be too short and sweet. She's a really good kid and unlike all of my other kiddos, her story really starts while she is a child. We might wait until she is a teen to run away but she is going to run away eventually. I also have been meaning to post her generation goals so there's a lot that is going to go in this post. So let's start with the generation goals!

I want to throw out there that from now on the generation goals will also be posted on my Disney family's Instagram. I finally learned how to pin posts to my profile. I'm not going to pin a lot but I'm going to have a couple of the things pinned up there in the future. Now the generation goals are only for my Disney family main characters so Dina and Aubrey don't have one since they aren't technically a Disney inspired character like the rest of the family is. This just means their lives aren't tied down by some rules that we have, which is one of the reasons we get so much of Aubrey because I can take a break from what I have to do and just have fun with the game. I'm thinking of doing a legacy tree that is broken down into each family so it will be smaller lines instead of the whole thing, and then the whole tree will still be on the PlumTree website.

The last time that we saw Miss Maleficent she was a toddler roaming around the house on Winter Fest! Now it is this lil girl's birthday! On the day of her birthday it started out like any other, Dina was potty training her when Wendy decided that she had enough and went downstairs. When she got downstairs she apparently had learned some magic from Maleficent because she was sitting in the side of the couch plotting her plans for the day.

One of her big plans for the day was to spend some time with Pluto. Pluto has been around for all of our kiddos and they have all loved him. But it is getting closer for him to age up too. But until then he will continue to guard over the Disney household, especially Wendy.

Then it was time for the lil girl to dance while everyone was at school and work. I kind of feel bad for Wendy because the twins had each other, Maleficent had Aubrey, and Wendy doesn't have anyone. Steve hangs out with her whenever he can but between work and scouts, he doesn't have that much time for Wendy, not like how he did with Adam.

But once everyone came home from school Dina had a chocolate cake and dinner made so that the family can celebrate Miss Wendy! Wendy's birthday was laid back but it was very Disney. Most of the time we do just have a small birthday with a cake with just the family because it is easy for us to do it right after school and work. 

And just like that we, again, have no toddlers in the house! I don't think we should have any more children until the next generation starts, finger crossed. Because we were supposed to be done before our little miracle babe! Now here is what Maleficent looks like now.

Now that she is a kid we will start seeing her more, I believe that her story starts as a kid or early teen. I will also update her, and everyone else's, gen goals just so we can all know where they are at now. Meet the Boyfriends!

Lately in the Aubrey and Maleficent posts, we have been seeing a lot of boys. The girls are teens and have been hanging out two specific boys lately and I thought it would be fun to do a little side post on the boys themselves. So who are these boys???

Orange Bailey-Moon

Aubrey and Orange met when he joined the teen club that Aubrey created. They were instantly attracted to one another. Orange is the son of Thorne Bailey and Octavia Moon, and they are both celebrities. When you first open a sims game he is a child living in the hills in Del Sol Valley with his parents. Today in Sim Land Orange is now a young adult and has a baby brother named Daryl. Both of his parents are 5-star celebrities and Orange himself is even an actor! Orange's aspiration is to become a Master Actor. Although he is following his parents' career-wise he isn't following their footsteps in parenthood. Growing up Orange rarely saw his parents. This caused Orange to have the hot-headed trait. Alongside hot-headed Orange also has the bro, outgoing, and muser traits. Since his parents are workaholics they weren't the most caring parents. Orange always had nannies and tutors, and until he met Aubrey he thought that was just how all families were. Since meeting Aubrey and learning about her homelife he has learned that there are families where parents are always around and caring. When Daryl was born Orange saw that his parents were treating him the same way he was and he decided to intervene. Orange is Daryl's primary guardian since he is the one that mostly takes care of him. They are pretty darn adorable! Orange also works full time as an actor, vlogger, and music producer. 

Since we first met Orange we downloaded some mods to the game which added some new traits to all of the sims in my game. Orange got 3 new traits because of it: lover, hero, and provider. I think these three really help show who he is more than the ones the game gave him. His hot-headed trait has changed to family-oriented since he is all about taking care of his baby brother. Orange is determined to not be anything like his parents. The only similarity he wants is to be successful like they are but stay in tune with his humanity more. 

Since my actor career in my game is currently broken I was only able to get Orange to go on one successful gig, all my other ones he can go to the audition but never makes it to the actual gig which is super annoying but sounds like a common issue. That's another reason why I have him doing so much vlogging and making music as much as possible while he is home so he can make his own money. 

Outside of acting and being a father figure for his brother Orange also loves to do yoga, play music instruments, and just be happy. His yoga pictures are amazing! Mostly because of the view you get while he does yoga, he kind of has a favorite yoga spot at his house that overlooks all of Del Sol Valley. Since all of his households are celebrities the paparazzi does sneak into the house as much as possible and I can't talk myself into fencing in the whole house because of his yoga spot and being able to see everything from the pool. Another cool thing that has happened with Orange while playing in his point of view is how close he, J, and Mickey have become. Mickey comes over all the time and calls to ask Orange to go out a lot too. I think it is always nice when your family likes your boyfriend. Orange hangs out at Aubrey's house with Dina, Mickey, and Pluto even when Aubrey is in school. It's not weird that he is a young adult because when we first met him he and Aubrey were kids together. He actually just aged up into a young adult not too long ago and it about time for Aubrey to age up. 

As for Orange and Aubrey's relationship, I don't know if it is end game for either of them. I think Orange would marry Aubrey the second he got the chance but I don't know if Aubrey feels the same. I think Aubrey is going to live with J for the rest of her teen years and maybe even if she goes to college. I don't see Aubrey getting married right away. I think she would have to feel like this is completely 100% real and that he is the only sim for her because once they married there are no outs. I see her wanting the most stable home life she can create or none at all because of her past. I would like to think that they will eventually get married and be end game. I actually have him saving up for her so they can create their life together. Like I said Orange wants that family life where they are completely stable, happy, and completely in love with a million kids running around. But we will just have to see where Aubrey is once she goes to school. I think she would go to college and live with her father for a while so she can get to know her half-siblings. On the same hand, I don't see Orange leaving Daryl until he is at least in high school so if they did get married Aubrey would be moving into Orange's lifestyle of the rich and famous.

Morgyn Ember

We've seen Morgyn a little more than Orange so far because he is one of Maleficent's spellcasting mentors. When we first met Morgyn he was already a young adult hanging out in the Magic Realm, but we didn't know much outside of that. Since he started hanging out with Maleficent we learned that he has outgoing, bookworm, ambitious, and sage traits. He is the sage of untamed magic. Outside of spellcasting, Morgyn works as a conservationist and lives in Willow Creek. Most of the players we see live in Willow Creek. 

Since we have been playing in Morgyn's point of view he has completed both the Purveyor of Potions and Spellcasting aspirations which caused him to gain the master mixer and slinger of spells traits. My in-game mods also gave him the commander and lover traits. Right now his current aspiration is Renaissance Sim, mostly because I honestly had no clue what else to give him and I don't know what his part of our story is going to be just yet. Maleficent definitely loves Morgyn and he is her first boyfriend. But I don't think he feels the same ways about her. Whenever they are in the Magic Realm they are definitely inseparable. When they are back in their daily lives if he calls Maleficent he wants to hang out but if it is on Maleficent to do the work he has nothing to do with her. Their relationship bars change sporadically every time I see them. They are technically boyfriend and girlfriend but their bars are so sporadic that I'm not sure if it going to last. They do have a huge age gap. Morgyn is still a young adult in my game but he is about to become an adult and Maleficent still has a little bit before she becomes a young adult. I don't hate them together, and my original idea with Morgyn was for him to be Maleficent's great love that ultimately shatters her to a million pieces when he either dies or leaves, maybe even cheats on her. But then they couldn't stop fighting. Even when I would have her do nice interactions he was mad at her. It was to the point they were losing love when they would woohoo! It was crazy. So Maleficent started hanging out with other guys. Max Villareal aged up into a teen, he was one of Maleficent's first best friends and she also like Zander Flex a lot. Now all of a sudden Morgyn is nice to get again. I don't know what is going to happen with these two.

Anyways back to Morgyn. Morgyn really hasn't done much since playing his point of view. We did have to round out his magic because in my head he is should be top tier and know everything about magic since he a sage and he is Maleficent's mentor. That is how we completed both of the magical aspirations. 

Since Morgyn lives in Willow Creek Maleficent has snuck out a couple of times to spend the night at his house! She is definitely becoming rebellious in her teen years. I also used them as my models to play with some poses that I downloaded. I did give in and downloaded some poses for pictures and I'm in love with them. Here are some pictures from our little photoshoot we did. They came out really cute.

Now even though I was using them as my models they did also have some normal time. I think Maleficent only spent the weekend at his house and they played chess a lot and danced. Even after Maleficent left Morgyn did the same stuff. I know Orange's section was all geared towards Orange and basically separate from Aubrey completely but Orange has a family, a very interactive career, and a lot more hands-on stuff that I had to work with him on. Morgyn, on the other hand, is single, his career isn't active whatsoever. We did both of the magic aspirations within a couple Sims days because he is a sage and pretty much maxed out. I really tried to use the same format for both of the guys but I really can't because they are two completely different guys with two really different stories going on. So I tried to make them as similar as I could that's why we have the traits listed, the selfies starting them off, and their house collages. I have remodeled both of their houses to fit their personalities. I think I did more in Morgyn's house because I changed the whole aesthetic of the house, demolished walls, and created new rooms. For Orange's remodel I mostly just added stuff to the house item-wise, and most went in his from. I then just upgraded the rooms as they already were and replaced windows, which sounds like a lot but really nothing compared to what I did with Morgyn's and at least Orange's still looked the same from the outside. 

 

Another reason Orange has more is we don't see him a lot and I wanted to get out how important he is to Aubrey. I feel like he will be a permanent fixture in her life regardless of if they are together or not. I just don't know how big of a role he will be just yet in her life. Plus we are getting ready to move her out permanently from the Disney household which is really sad but it is time for her to be with her birth dad and she hardly knows her new siblings. I'm not sure who we will be checking in with next yet but I know it will be the main storyline promise!
