Karson's Secret

One of the relationships that Adam made while completing the Serial Romantic aspiration he met Karson. I feel like he and Karson made one of the most meaningful relationships because they really connected on their own without my involvement at all. For those of you that don't remember Karson here is a picture from their first night at the bar where they met one another and another from their first actual date. 

At this point, I really have no clue about Karson he was just a random NPC that Adam hit it off with. Well, apparently Karson had a few skeletons in his closet! Karson is apparently a mean, hot-headed sim who has a kid with an ex-wife. We already knew that he was older than Adam but we didn't know any of this. I don't think Adam can handle a mean sim since he has a big enough ego on his own. But also the fact that he has a kid I don't think Adam will react well to that information. Adam is still a kid himself and even though these two really hit it off I just feel like this is so much adult for Adam to handle so let's see how he reacts when he finds out that Karson has a kid! 

I moved Karson into a tiny home in Oasis Springs. I just felt like he is a bartender who has his kid mostly on the weekends I just didn't see him having a huge house. Adam knew where he lived because Karson told him all about it but left out the fact that he had a kid. When he got there he could see Karson sitting on the couch and he was so excited to surprise him! 

But as soon as Adam walked through the door he noticed someone else was there! Karson was a little nervous since he intentionally left out the fact that he had a kid. He didn't know how Adam would feel about that plus the fact that Karson was already so much older than he was. He was afraid a kid would definitely scare Adam away. He had no clue that Adam would show up at his house or even know where Karson lived! They typically only talked about Adam so all of this was really shocking for Karson. Karson's son, Bryson, didn't even know that his dad was seeing new people let alone Adam! So this wasn't exactly his favorite thing either. 

Things definitely started off really tense between these three. At first, Karson just tried to downplay the fact that Bryson was there, even though he was sitting right beside him! He tried to just enjoy having Adam there but neither Adam or Bryson was going to let Karson off the hook that easily. Karson's son wanted to know why he never even heard of Adam and why Adam hasn't heard of him. 

Quickly things took a turn for the worse. Adam wasn't prepared for Karson's secret and, to be honest, he knew Karson was older than he was but I don't think it fully clicked with Adam just how much older Karson is. Karson never expected Adam to react well to him having a kid but didn't expect it to be this bad. Adam and Karson ended up getting into a fight which led to Adam being kinda mean to Bryson! It's hard to think of Adam as a teen but he is just a teen and this is something really hard for anyone to deal with but this is definitely not the way either of these two men should've handled the situation. 

Soon Adam's anger got the best of him and he broke up with Karson on the spot. This scene couldn't have gone any worse but I really can't imagine it going any other way. Karson kept the fact that he was a dad a secret from Adam who is still a kid himself. Adam reacted horribly all around and it all blew up in both of their faces.

After the craziness that happened at Karson's house, Adam needed someone he could just talk to and feel better so he went to see Karla! Karla was the first person with who Adam really felt a connection with and to be honest she could've been really great for him but Adam doesn't really know how to love someone yet so these two have definitely had their fair share of crazy and I think Karla's getting tired of it and that's why we really don't see her too much anymore. But there's something about Adam that just pulls her right back in whenever they're together.

But these two are like magnets. Once they are together they can't keep their hands off one another and they ended up making out which led to her bedroom. I don't know how she is going to react when she finds out about the other people in Adam's life. But she is going to find out really, really soon! I think the big blow-up is going to happen on Adam's birthday and I think that's going to happen probably in the next couple of weeks. I want to tie up some loose ends and then end the month with this big bang!

Meet the Mermaids

Since I was spending some time in Neverland working on a little update on how life is going over there I noticed that we didn't have any mermaids! So I decided this was something that was going to need fixing! I need to be able to have Wendy get in a fight with a freakin mermaid and Peter jumps in and saves her! I'm not saying that is going to happen in the game but I need to have the opportunity for it to maybe happen! So I fixed that by adding a whole household full of mermaids into Neverland, and then I made sure Peter was friends with them all. Thanks to WW he even has some crushes happening on some of the mermaids! So I'm going to just showcase the mermaids I added to the game. Just like with the Potential Belle's I added 7 of your creations and one of mine! So I think I'm going to introduce all of them here and maybe some screenshots of life in their house, which I got off the gallery as well but I'm thinking of changing it let me know down below. 

The Mermaids

As soon as I saw her I fell in love with her! This is Luna Nerissa and she was created by Mariabs1310. I didn't change anything on this one, except adding eyelashes. She's the one that Peter has a crush on but she actually has a crush one Bailee who you'll meet at the end. Luna has the Loves Outdoors, Good, and Child of the Island traits. She's a young adult. 

Let me tell you who this sim reminds me of right off the bat, Delores Umbridge! Stephanie Carter has the Ambitious, Evil, and Hates Children traits and she was created by Stolen_Grave. This is another one that I pretty much only added eyelashes too. I don't think I even added any outfits to her. But all of her clothes are pink and she looks like she is a nice sim but she's actually evil which is freakin Umbridge! I haven't decided if I like her or not yet but I definitely think she plays well in this story since one of these mermaids is supposed to try to drown Wendy. 

Heather Calypso is so freaking adorable and I love her scars! She was created by Fedox_VT. She comes with the Child of the Ocean, Child of the Islands, and Cheerful traits. I did add eyelashes to her, and all of the other mermaids. I've become really obsessed with them in my game lately. Heather's definitely girl next door vibes. 

Mariah Reaves was created by Rikobakula with the traits Child of the Ocean, Child of the Islands, and Neat. She has one of the coolest eyes ever. They are like an orange color. I love her and when you see the place where they live you'll see why colors are so important. I tried to make each room different colors to match each mermaid. But they all just keep sleeping in the pools or ocean.

Katsumi Cheng was created by the amazing Scionex. She came with the Vegetarian, Perfectionist, and Creative traits. I added outfits for her because I didn't have everything or lost some outfits. I don't know what happened but when I loaded her she didn't have all of her outfits. I tried to keep with her black and white theme. 

Avera Vahirua was created by the talented Eldunarya. She came with the Child of the Island, Child of the Ocean, and Neat. I think she is one of the sweetest mermaids! She's so nice and gets along with everyone in the house even our Delores! 

I tried to have everything, sweet sims, sassy ones, evil ones, and so on! But we needed a little more edge and this is where Jayda Laguna and she was created by ScrappySim195. She has the Hot-Headed, Creative, and Self-Assured traits. 

Finally here is Bailee Cortes. I created her and let me tell you it wasn't the most easy thing. I wanted to use some of the CC that I found for mermaids but I've never created a mermaid before. CAS isn't always that easy.  Anyways I gave her the Romantic, Sweet Talker, and Child of the Ocean traits. I tried to make her unique in her own way so I gave her a scar on her face and chipped teeth. Much like Peter Bailee also has a crush on Luna. 

All of these mermaids need a place to live so didn't want just a lagoon for them to live in I wanted something different and special for them. I found a mermaid grotto on the gallery. This one is created by Sarahhutthutt who did so amazing with it! I added some more stuff here and there on the outside because I just wanted to clutter it up. Then as for the inside it already came with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. I initially thought that I could just put extra beds in each of the bedrooms but I really couldn't. I mean there was room but I just couldn't give up how amazing these rooms were already. I ended up adding onto it to create more bedrooms so that everyone has their own rooms. I made them all their own color and had a lot of fun with it.

They had a lot of fun and crazy going on and to see their lives within the Grotto check out my Instagram where I'll be posting pictures of it all day today along with other adventures in Neverland. We are going to be checking in on all of Neverland since its been so long since we've been there.

Oh Boy

We haven't seen Adam in a little while and I think it's time to check in on him. Adam has pretty much dropped out of school and parties all day every day. He has started to get somewhat bored with this lifestyle though. Around his house, he has random skill-building things he can do so he has been working on them as much as he can. I kind of want him to max out a few skills to and once he turns into a beast I don't see him leaving his house much so that should be pretty easy.

Even though he is getting bored with his partying ways he still does it a lot. Sometimes he ends up doing it alone since his friends are still going to school and living their own lives. 

Guess what we finally managed to do! We finally got the freaking keg tap in the keg and was able to drink some! It took way too long. I literally just sat there and kept clicking the option for Adam to tap the keg and eventually he got it! I guess there was finally redemption for the keg finally! 

Sadly Adam only has one real friend that truly cares about him versus just using him for his party, and that is unfortunately his butler. Yes, we pay him to be there but he honestly cares about Adam and wants the best for him. I can't wait to see how he reacts to him after he gets changed. 

However most of the time Adam is alone and spends most of his time alone. I think deep down he really regrets leaving his family. He just came from a very big family where he was literally never alone. He always had someone to talk too and just be there with. Now he only has people over when there's a party or because he's paying them to be there. I feel like he doesn't realize just how alone he truly is yet since he is still living his best bachelor life. 

I know this wasn't the best post but to be honest I suck at showing off this bachelor life. Adam goes out a lot, drinks too much, and parties really hard. I plan on showing some more party scenes soon. I just think we needed to check in on him and the party scene isn't ready for a little while longer. I think it is going to be the last big hurrah before his birthday so I'm working really hard to really showcase this life he has been living but I really wanted to do this update.
